This small body sensor continuously monitors the players’ actions on the sport field. The resulting data is frequently transferred through a dedicated micro wave radio channel. By receiving these frequently transmitted radio signals from the chip, the stationary ZXY location sensors (RadioEye™ ) compute the Sport Chips’ physical positions on the pitch. A data field consisting of both Sport Chip processed data and Cartesian coordinates is then made available in the network database-server. |
Micro movements, footstep frequencies, body twisting and action forces are consequently added to the overall location information and brings new valuable details to the coaches for analysis and presentations.
The tiny chip is packaged into a soft polyurethane enclosure. |
